We got stuck in Rawlins during a winter storm. The night prior all hotels were booked, so we slept in our car. The woman I spoke with on the phone was so kind & accommodating; she had a room available before 10am the following morning & did not even hesitate to allow us to check in early. Dogs are allowed for a flat fee, so we were grateful for that as well.

Breakfast was actually pretty good and cooked fresh. Breakfast area was roomy. Only one person working the front desk in the evening and everyone seemed to arrive at once because of deteriorating weather but the employee handled it well. Beds were extremely comfortable.

The breakfast was by far the most amazing part of our stay. The scrambled eggs were fresh and not rubbery. The coffee was actual coffee - everything tasted great. And having it be right next to the off-ramp of I-80 was so easy. This was our last stay on a 10-day trip, and so having such a great stay for our last hotel night was perfect! Oh, the window could open, so we had FRESH air coming in all night, instead of that grinding sound of the AC.

The staff were exceptional. Jessica really went above and beyond. She is a great asset to the property. The day manager that took over the following day also. Sadly, I don't remember her name. She canceled her plans to come in and cover unexpectedly. Breakfast was very good, and the staff preparing it were friendly and efficient.

Cookies and cold water urn upon check in. Coffee and tea station. Check in lady was very amiable. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice hot breakfast.

When the highway closed unexpectedly over Thanksgiving weekend, they unhesitatingly let me book with my 80 lb dog. Lifesaver! It sure beat having to sleep in the car in 15 degree temperatures. I paid a little extra (~$50) for having the dog along, and I was delighted to get to do so. Clean facility, helpful staff, and a great location.

The rooms had been newly renovated and our floor was very clean.

Easy to find. I was impressed with the cleanliness and how friendly the staff was. The breakfast was spot on.
